Helping women cultivate courage, confidence and clarity

Through life and sales coaching, I help women embrace change, overcome fear, and build a future they’re excited to wake up to.

Hey there, I'm Grace.

I'm a mother to three amazingly talented young women.

I love seeing them out in the morning — taking on their big world. We make fun of a lot of things and of each other. And boy, can we belt out to our favourite songs in the car. If you're about Sydney roads, consider yourself warned!

Enterprise Experience with a Heart for Small Business

For over two decades as an IT Sales Professional, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the most iconic brands, including HubSpot, HP, IBM, and Officeworks. I’ve sold everything from software subscriptions to multi-million-dollar solutions—and everything in between.

I love selling solutions that help small businesses, knowing there’s passion and a unique life story behind each one.

A Calling to Life Coaching

I discovered life coaching a few years ago while navigating a series of profoundly life-shaping experiences called change. Oh, how I abhorred change!

But then came a process of transformation—both gruelling and beautiful. It must be how butterflies feel emerging from their cocoons. Thanks to the many coaches and mentors I’ve worked with, I found my way.

Today, I am a Certified Cognitive Behavioural Coach, helping women thrive in both business and life.

There is something beautiful within you - ready to come through.

It's not random, it's meant for this moment. And it's yours to bring into the world.

Playing small doesn’t help anyone—it doesn’t honour who you are or the gifts you’ve been given. Shrinking back so others feel comfortable is not humility; it’s hiding the light within you.

You were created to shine — with joy and freedom. That brilliance isn’t reserved for a few; it’s in all of us. And when you allow your light to shine, you give others permission to do the same. As you break free from fear, you make space for others to do it too.

With some introspection and proper guidance, you will embody it - with grace and courage.

“The first act of courage is often saying, ‘I deserve more than this.'”
