How does your coaching approach differ from therapy or counselling?

While CBC draws on principles from CBT, it is not therapy. Coaching is future-focused—centred on empowerment, mindset shifts, and practical goals—not past traumas or mental health diagnoses. It’s designed for healthy, goal-oriented individuals looking to move forward efficiently 

What can I expect to gain from working with you?

You can expect measurable outcomes like: clarity on your next steps, tools to build your confidence, strategies to overcome fears using CBT-based techniques, and ongoing accountability to help you take action and track progress.

How long should I commit to coaching?

Many clients begin with short-term packages and choose to continue for sustained growth. While most start with 3–8 sessions, many clients stay for 3 to 6 months to fully integrate change—though all packages are flexible and tailored to your pace

What kind of support do you offer between sessions?

In the Transformation Program, you’ll receive continuous support via email or messaging in between sessions. This ensures accountability, timely feedback, and opportunities to refine action plans as you move forward.

How are coaching sessions conducted?

I use Zoom for coaching - video can be on/off depending on client preference.
Support in between sessions can be over email or text messages.

How do I know if I’m a good fit?

A complimentary Discovery Call (20–30 minutes) helps us explore your needs and goals, and determine whether we’re a good match—especially if you're considering applying for a Pro Bono spot.

What investment is required?

Clarity & Courage Jumpstart: applies for 3 linear sessions over a month
Courageous Confidence Intensive: 6 strategic weekly sessions
Sales & Life Transformation Program: monthly planning plus ongoing support

(Weekly or monthly pricing is available upon Discovery Call.)

If you're accepted into pro bono, initial sessions may be partially or fully supported.
